Our Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. Each order is custom made to your specifications and cannot be refunded or returned for any reason.. All orders will be charged in full at time of sale and cannot be returned or refunded. If you have any questions about the size, thickness, finish, or printing of the magnets, we highly suggest that you contact us or request a sample before ordering.

Cancellation

Because each order is custom, there is a 50% cancellation fee – no exceptions. If you choose to cancel your order before we have shipped. you will receive a partial refund of 50% of the price you paid for your magnets. Envelopes, Magnet Presentation Cards, and Shipping are 100% refundable if your order has not shipped. You cannot cancel your order after it has shipped.

You may return your envelopes and magnet presentation cards within thirty days of receiving your order. If they are returned in original condition, you will be refunded 100% of the price of the items. Please be sure to include your order number in the package. Shipping and return shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

Artwork Changes

If you wish to make artwork changes after your order has been placed, you must contact us immediately via phone or email with the exact changes. If no progress has been made on your order, we will make the changes at no cost. To check the progress of your order, visit http://www.flashmoments.com/order-status. If your order has been processed, there is a $25 artwork change fee. Processing typically begins within a few hours of placing your order. If your order has begun printing, an artwork change will cost an additional 50% of the magnet price.

If we determine that your art will not print correctly, we will make the necessary changes and email you a new proof for approval. It is very important that you respond in a timely fashion; your order is put on hold until we receive your approval. We cannot be held to the estimated shipping date if the customer does not approve the new proof in a timely fashion.

User Entered Information

You are responsible for proofreading your order. Flash Moments is not responsible for any typographical or contextual errors. You are responsible for all information you enter and any photos you may upload onto the website. An error entered by the user is solely the responsibility of the user. If you have a question about the information you entered on your magnet, you can view a proof any time at http://www.flashmoments.com/order-status. Please double-check the accuracy of the information you have entered before you place your order. Flash Moments takes no responsibility for correcting errors entered by the user.

Uploaded Photos

We are not responsible for the outcome of reproducing your photo. If there is any question about how your photo will print, please submit your photo to us for review. Flash Moments is not responsible for an order with a dark, blurry, grainy, off-colored, or poorly cropped photo. Unless you have purchased the photo retouching, we are not accountable for the output of your photo. Orders with poor reproduction of the photo are not the responsibility of Flash Moments.

When you are cropping your photo, be sure to keep heads and important parts of the photo away from the edges. Due to the printing process, we must trim off a small amount around the artwork to ensure that the colors go to the edges. We do make efforts to attempt to avoid this, but if the top of your head is too close to the top of the magnet, your head may be slightly cut off during trimming. If there is any question about your photo, please email us.

Shipping

You must ensure the accuracy of your shipping address. Orders that are shipped to an address incorrectly entered by the user cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. If you enter an incorrect shipping address, and we can confirm delivery, you will not be issued a complimentary reprint, and your order cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. In this situation, you must pay the full price to have your order reprinted.

Lost Packages

We have no control over your package after we ship it. Lost packages are the buyer’s responsibility. If the USPS has confirmed delivery, your order will not be reprinted. If you notify Flash Moments that your order has not been delivered, we will contact the shipping company to start an inquiry. We will proceed after the inquiry is complete. No reprint will be issued until we receive a report from the shipping company.

Final Products

Due to the customized nature of our products, your order cannot be cancelled, returned, reprinted or refunded if the magnets are simply not what you expected. Our online proofs are to give you an idea of the colors and overall design. The colors on your monitor will not accurately display our printing. A proof that you print on your home inkjet printer will look much different from the final product. Please do not print the proof that you see on the Moment Maker page. If you would like to print out a copy of your proof, only print the proof available on the Order Status page. Your order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded if the final product doesn’t exactly match the colors of the online proof. If there is any question about how your order will look when it is printed, please contact us before placing your order.

Please be aware that any time text is printed over a pattern or an uneven color field, the text will be slightly harder to read. If you have any concerns about the font used on your magnet, please contact us before placing your order.

Your order cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded because of slight variations in material texture or thickness. There are always variations in any printing process, and we make no guarantees that each magnet will be exactly the same as any other magnet. There may be a slight variation in size, thickness, and finishing from piece to piece. Shift within 1/16th of an inch is considered normal.

Orders will not be reprinted if the customer uses or stores them improperly. Magnets should not be placed in direct sun, or stored in extreme temperatures.

Your order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded if the magnets are not the size or thickness that you expected. All of the specifications of the magnets are clearly listed on the site. We highly recommend that you request a sample of our products before you place your order.

Reprints

In the rare instance that there is a gross inaccuracy in your final product, your order will be reprinted. Reprints are issued at no cost to you. Complimentary reprints will not be rushed, and they will be shipped using the same method that you originally requested at checkout. If you opt not to accept the reprint, your order cannot be returned or refunded.

If you entered incorrect information, or uploaded a poor photo and would like to reprint your magnets with the corrected information or a new photo, we will offer you a significant discount on the reprint. Please contact us for more information.

The Bottom Line

At the risk of sounding repetitive: All Sales are Final. Your order cannot be returned or refunded for any reason. Please contact us or request a sample if you have any questions about our products. We respond to all emails in a timely fashion. If there are any problems with your order you must contact us within thirty (30) days of delivery.
