Send your Save the Date magnets in an effortless and elegant way – add Magnet Presentation Cards and Envelopes to your order. These cards were created specifically to help you present beautiful magnets to your loved ones!

You can add both magnet accessories to your order after you have personalized your magnets. They’re under the Pricing & Add to Cart tab under Step 2.

The Presentation Cards are perfectly sized to fit inside the Envelopes; they have small slits to hold the magnet in place. When your friends and family receive your announcements, they’ll see the enclosure card and your customized magnet – it’s an easy way to add a touch of flair to your Save the Date magnets.

To make mailing magnets easier, one magnet sent on a presentation card in an envelope weighs about half an ounce — light enough to be sent within the US with just one first class stamp. There is no need for additional postage!

Magnet Presentation Cards are a simple and elegant way to present Save the Date magnets to your guests. Two small slits hold the corners of the magnet in place so there is no need for glue or tape. Presentation cards are 4 ¼" x 5 ½", and are 10pt cardstock — thick enough to support the magnet without being bulky.

Choosing the Right Cards is Easy

When you personalize your Save the Date magnets with our Moment Maker, you will choose the typeface that best suits your wedding. We will match the insert cards to the type of magnet and typeface that you choose. For instance, if you choose a Photo Magnet with the Casual typeface, you will receive cards that allow for a horizontal magnet that also use the Casual typeface.

Magnet Presentation Cards

The 4-¼" x 5-½" insert cards are the perfect accompaniment to your magnets. The pre-printed message on the card reads, Save the Date! Please use this magnet as a reminder of our special day. Small slits in the paper hold the corners of the magnet in place, so there’s no need for glue or tape. Our cards are sturdy enough to hold the magnet, but lightweight enough to be mailed using only one first-class stamp. Cards come printed in either casual or formal font, to correspond with the type of font you choose for your magnets. Magnet Presentation Cards for Standard, 3 ½" x 2" magnets have two slits; Magnet Presentation Cards for Large, 2 ½" x 4 ½" magnets have four slits.

Envelopes

Our envelopes are 4-3/8" x 5-¾", 70lb with a gummed, pointed flap. They will perfectly accommodate our Magnet Presentation Cards, or a letter-size sheet of paper folded into quarters, to accompany your Save the Date magnets. These envelopes are sized to meet the requirements of the USPS.

All of these products are excellent additions to your personalized Save the Date magnets!

Please note: Presentation Cards are pre-printed and cannot be customized. Due to the different paper stock of each item, there are subtle shade variations from product to product. We do not recommend using a laser printer to print the back of the Magnet Presentation cards. Magnet Presentation cards and Envelopes must be purchased separately.
